Today, I'd like to share the settings I used to make this cute card and envelope set!
I love when I have an envelope that's an exact match to my card! With the Art Philosophy collection - it's so easy to do!
I used the Lucy Level 2 papers. First, I cut the envelope. I used the following settings at 5 1/4". I used a piece of paper with a subtle cotton candy print on one side with a floral pattern on the other. It looks like I lined the envelope when the reality is, I took a little shortcut!
Next, I cut the card base in Cotton Candy cardtock with the following settings at 5":
Finally, I cut a piece to match the envelope interior at 4 1/2" using the following settings:
To finish off the card, I added a Dimensional Element (Mixed Shapes), inked lightly in baby pink. I stamped the sentiment from D1510 4 My Friend in Black and tied a bow with cotton Candy bakers twine. A sweet and easy card - simple to make which is just my style!

When you join Close To My Heart during February 2011 and achieve both levels of Straight To The Top (First month and first three months), you will receive Straight To The Top rewards totaling $100 US in select product credit, PLUS you'll receive a cash rebate of $129 on your New Consultant Kit. It's free products and a free kit—a fabulous deal!
What is Straight to the Top? It's Close to My Heart's program for jump-starting your business! It is a program that Close to My Heart created because they noted that early success means continued success. In the first month, sell $300 of Close to My Heart product and earn a $25 select product credit. In your first 3 months, sell a total of $1200 (an additional $900), receive an additional $75 select product credit. And, if you sign in the month of February, and meet the Straight to the Top goals, you'll also receive a rebate on your kit!
Note: If you purchase extra Choose Me collections beyond the three that are included with the New Consultant Kit, you will not be reimbursed for those; the rebate is for the base amount which includes the Business Essentials and three Choose Me collections. Shipping and tax will not be reimbursed.
Minimums are based on calendar quarters - if you sign up in February, you won't have to meet your first quarterly minimum until the June quarter end (April through June). Quarterly minimum is $300 retail to maintain your full consultant status (That's just $100 per month in sales). Of that, you earn at least 22% (in the form of a discount, so you get your commission immediately). Currently, Close to My Heart pays override commissions on sales over $100 for the month. (There is a proposed change to the compensation plan to take effect in October 2011).
If you sign up in February, and hit straight to the top within 3 months (both levels), Close to My Heart will reimburse you $129 - the cost of your basic kit. So what do you get with the basic kit? You select three for your basic kit:

You aren't expected to have inventory. Many consultants only do workshops and parties. I also am a vendor at crops and expos, so that's my decision to hold inventory - but it is not expected nor even encouraged.
As for me - I'm here for you as you launch your business and will help you in any way that I can going forward. I'll take my cue from you; if you want me to be in touch often, I'll do that! If you want me to put no pressure on you; I can do that too. And I'm always available to help you whenever you need it.
