CTMH - September SOTM Blog Hop - It's a Thriller!

Welcome to the September Stamp of the Month blog hop!  This month we are featuring D1442 - Thriller which is a set of 9 stamps.  I love this stamp set!

If you have come here from Melissa's blog, you are on the right path!

This month, we have 60+ Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using September's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

The pattern I used was Originals "Background Bar" for a 6" x6" card. I used a template and inked a square in Key Lime ink (Z2131), then added Pear ink (Z2197) for depth and variation.   I stamped the image and sentiment in Gypsy ink (Z2190).  I then added patterned papers and cardstock from the My Reflections Paper Packet - Hooligans (X7129B) and brads from Mini Medley Pear (Z1339).

Now "Hop" on over to Jody's blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! 2. Cute card. I really like the 'squareiness' to it, if that makes sense. :) Nice idea to sponge some color in a square behind the stamped image. Nice contrast.

  3. The sponged color adds interest and more color - really brings the focus to the skull.

Have fun on your spa retreat!!!
