CTMH - August Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - Something Splendid

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring August's Stamp of the Month - D1424 Something Splendid which is a set of 13 stamps. When I saw the flower in this, I immediately thought of one of my favorites - sunflowers.

If you have come here from Cindy's Blog, you are on the right path!

This month we have over 60 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

I love this set; it's perfect for masculine cards too! First, I took a square template and sponged Creme Brulee ink in the all the way around - covering everything.  Then, I used Sunflower ink, loading more in the middle of the template and in a few spots along the edge to add more color variation,.  Then I took the flower and stamped it in Cocoa.  I stamped the sentiment in Cocoa as well.
