CTMH - Contents of my June 4th Goodie Box - $ 40 box

I received my $40 Goodie box from June 4th on Friday.  I didn't get a chance to post the contents and pictures until today - sorry it took me so long!

So - the value of the package was $84.30.  Had I paid shipping and tax on that amount, it would have cost $96.46.  Instead, I only paid $40.00 + 7.00 shipping +2.82 tax!
